Today, the mine remains under the private ownership of Swallow Mining LLC, led by David Stewart, who has advanced sampling, metallurgy, and infrastructure for over two decades.

Swallow Mining LLC has maintained 100% ownership of the property under David Stewart, who has personally overseen certified assay programs (2001, 2012), flotation recovery testing (2009), and modern geological evaluations (2013). The site is road-accessible, secure, and improved with on-site processing equipment and reliable water access.
